Speaking in a press conference at Samba Sunny Sangral said a RTI was filed by his party men seeking details about the work done on Samba-Mandi Circular Road which reveals that the amount released under NABARD scheme has been misappropriated by the Public Works Department (R&B)."NABARD released Rs 76.93 lakh for the construction of Samba-Mandi Circular Road but the department used only Rs 21.02 lakh besides, a sum of Rs 5.35 lakh spent as cost of material supplied by the department against the said work. And, rest of Rs 50 lakh have been diverted somewhere else which amounts to misappropriation," he said.
