Jammu, May 29 : A delegation of Agriculture technocrats under the banner of JKATA led by Dr. Surinder Radotra, President of association called upon Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at his residence in Srinagar today. As per release, the delegation demanded that all agricultural technocrats should be regularized and appointed as Village Agriculture Extension Assistant as per JAEO in the grade scale of 9300-34800-4280. Dr. Surinder Radotra appealed Omar Abdullah as well as Agricultural Minister G H Mir for their intervention into the matter to sort out the grievances of agricultural technocrats, Meanwhile, Minister of State Agriculture Nazir Ahmed Gurezi was also present on the occasion. The delegation also brought into the notice of CM the negative approach and attitude of some elements who are hell bent creating hurdles and scuttles in the regularization process. |
