Bhaderwah, July 1: The Court of Special Mobile Magistrate was inaugurated here today by Principal District and Sessions Judge to facilitate speedy settlement of the cases.
Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bhaderwah M K Sharma inaugurated the Court of Special Mobile Magistrate in the presence of Anoop Kumar Sharma Sub Judge Bhaderwah, Mobile Magistrate Manjeet Singh Manhas, Munsiff Bhaderwah Girja Shavan, Bar President Devinder Gupta, Xen PWD A N Kundal, other members of Bar Assocation and Advocates and prominent persons of the area.
While speaking on the occasion justice Sharma said that the Special Court of Mobile Magistrate will facilitate speedy settlements of the cases. |
