| HC directs all petitioners to submit joining report to DIG | | SPOs posted at Hospital controversy | | Jammu, July 5: Responding to the petition of SPOs posted in Hospital security, the J&K High Court Jammu Wing today issued notice to respondents and directed that all the petitioners shall submit their joining report in the office of DIG Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range who may issue further and appropriate orders for their further place of postings.
Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after gone through the petition issued notice to respondents and in the meanwhile Court observed that given the situation it has arisen and ordered that subject to objections from other side it is directed that all the petitioners shall submit their joining report in the office of DIG Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range who may issue further and appropriate orders for their further place of postings.
Petitioner Special Police Officers (SPOs) who are relieved by SSP Samba with a direction to report in GMC Jammu or in the Associated Hospitals for security following as decision taken in the meeting chaired by Minister for Medical Education and later on in terms of order issued by Medical Supdtt SMGS Hospital, Jammu pursuant to the direction of Principal GMC Jammu all the petitioners have been relieved from the concerned hospitals with the direction to report to SSP Jammu for further duties.
