| Youth electrocuted | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, July 5 : A 12 years old youth was electrocuted while working in filed on in border district Rajouri on Saturday. Sources said that Liyakat Ali (12) son of Manzoor Hussain died after being electrocuted while working the fields in the morning today. Haji Bashir, SHO Kotranka said that Liyakat was working in the maize field when he touched a naked electric supply wire tied with a green tree by one Abdul Rashid line man of PDD department.
He added that instead supplying electricity through electric poles after using insulators the lineman had directly passed the electricity after using 'crate wire ' which become reason behind the death of the boy.
The line man has been taken into custody by the police and was booked under section 304a RPC. The body of the deceased has been handed over to the family members after legal formalities by the police. |
