| Cong Mahila activists stage protest against price hike | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 5: Mahila Wing of state Congress today staged a protest against BJP's government at centre for the price hike of essential commodities in entire country.
Indu Pawar MLA & State President of Mahila Congress J&K with hundreds of Mahila Congress workers shouted slogans against the anti people and anti masses policy of price hike in essential commodities by the BJP Govt. at centre. Indu Pawar said the BJP had given assurance to people of this country that after election they will bring down prices of essential commodities in the country but they are not able to keep their promise to the people of this country & may ask for more time to perform mean while common man will suffer by regular price hike one after the other as this government is during practically.
Those who were present on the occasion included Prabha Slathia Distt. President, Suman Choudhary State Secretary, Vandana State Secretary, Seeta General Secretary, and Reeta Secretary also spoke & participated in the protest march. |
