| People want answer over cross voting episode from BJP: R K Sharma | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 8 : Ravinder Sharma (MLC), Chief Spokesman JKPCC and Vinod Sharma-General Secretary JKPCC have questioned BJP leadership over its silence to the cross-voting episode following its open expose by none else than Chief Minister of the State and said that people want an answer to the moves of BJP. Questioning the role of BJP in bartering the interests of Jammu region by entering into bargain and secret understandings on vital issues including voting for their petty interests, the Senior Congress leaders said that BJP enacted a drama to camouflage its misdeeds by first expelling the 7 MLAs of the party and then slowly accepting almost all of them. This proved that it is a drama to put dust in the eyes of common people, as BJP believes that people have short memory. The BJP leaders had threatened to take legal action when exposed publically by the chief minister but they know they have nothing to defend themselves in the court of law or in the court of public. The people would never spare BJP and its leaders for betraying their electorate and always bartering the interests of people of Jammu region. |
