JKPCC criticizes Pak for cross-border firing at RS Pura

jammu, July 17: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has condemned Pakistan firing in Arnia areas of RS Pura sector leading to death of a BSF Jawan and injured to several others including civilians.
In a statement JKPCC spokesman has strongly condemned the repeated cease fire violations by Pakistan forces on International border and Line of Control and urged the government of India to impress upon the Pakistan government to stop such activities. Pradesh Congress Committee has expressed shock over the death of Jawan and conveyed sympathies with the family of the martyr. Party prayed for early recovery of the injured. The Spokesman urged the government to provide immediate ex-gratia relief to the persons injured in the firing.
Meanwhile the party has also expressed concern over the fresh violations of the cease fire line by Chinese forces. Such attempts by China when PM of India is in Brazil BRICS summit is an eye opener of the designs of China, cautioned the Congress spokesman.
