Samba, July 17 : Despite tall claims of Police exoneration from drug trafficking menace is at its full swing in Samba town since an era.
A number of jubilant guys of the new generation in the town are prone to drug trafficking as a habit.
The future of the nation has jeopardized and role of police in this context seems lurch full. Drug abuse in the form of intoxicants including charas, poppy straw, and adhesives are easily at the access of a common addict. Such victimized can be seen at every nook and corner of the town dwellings. Incidence of drug abuse has evil effect upon the moral and health phenomenon. It may also perilous for women safety in our society. RK Badyal, Patron of Peoples Forum for Human Values, said that these intoxicants are being supplied to our country from neighboring countries in order to frail Indian destiny in the concept of its internal security.
Menace of the drug abuse can be remedied with the help of a kind of cooperation among the parents concerned, law and order and other government and non government organizations, he added.
Drug abuse had been at its swing in the Samba dwellings and any strict action in this regard should not have been taken up against the drug mafias, said advocate Mandeep Singh. |
