| One killed, three injured in different road mishaps | | | Udhampur, July 17: One person died while three others sustained injuries in two different road mishaps which occurred in last 24 hrs, police said. According to the police sources, a Tractor Trolley bearing regd no JK14B-5076 rolled down into gorge when driver lost the control over the vehicle near BSF Training Center rotary at Domail Udhampur. "The incident took place last late night about12:45 and soon after receiving information Police team rushed to the spot and shifted injured to District Hospital (DH) Udhampur, police said.
"Doctors treating the injured declared the injured Persons Gorkhu Ram (41) s/o Jlha of Reti brought dead while injured has been identified as Rahul Kumar s/o of Vijay Kumar of Reti. Udhampur. Police registered the case and further investigation goes on, police sources said. Meanwhile another road accidents according to the police report when a Maruti Car regd no JK14C-5321 they was riding collided with a Motorcycle bearing regd no JK02W-6632 at Kali Mata Mander near Tikri in Udhampur. The injured identified as Basu Gupta (36) s/o Kalash Gupta of Chabutra Bazar and Ranjeet Singh (22) s/o Rashpul Singh of Jib Thathi. Tikri Police registered the case and further investigation goes on. |
