| Factory worker dies, mutilated body found | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 4: An elderly worker of a factory died today after he asphyxiated during working at the factory at Bari Brahmana area, police sources said. Meanwhile police today also recovered a mutilated body from Channi Himmat area "A worker identified namely as Ravinder Sharma of Nai Basti Gandhi Nagar today died after he got asphyxiated while working at factory," police sources said. Police sources said that he was working in the factory and suddenly fell unconscious he was immediately shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) where he was declared as brought dead. After legal formalities, the body was handed over to family members for last rites and a case in this connection has been registered.
Meanwhile, a police also found body was recovered from Channi Himmat area. Police sources said that some passersby noticed a body and accordingly they informed the police. After getting the information police reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary of the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu. The identity of the deceased could not be ascertained yet but police has started further investigations in this regard. |
