Woman gang raped; faces unnatural sex, FIR lodged on court's direction
Husband allegedly brought bureaucrats, priests, leaders, AFCONS officers for sex

Jammu, Aug 11: After eight years of the Sabina sex racket in Srinagar which hit the headlines in 2006 , a new sex racket surfaced in Jammu when a woman lodged complaint against her husband for dragging her into the sex racket.
Besides husband, she also lodged complaint against her two brothers- in- law who acted as pimp and supplied her in different districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
The accused allegedly used to force the woman for doing sex after taking her minor girl as hostage. However, based on the complaint, Court directed Domana police to lodge FIR against the accused persons .
Meanwhile, a senior police officer said that a case under section is 376,377,379,34 RPC has been registered against FIR No 235,adding investigation of the case is in progress.
As per complaint lodged by the victim woman, her husband namely Rakesh Kumar alias Kakkar son of Mangal Dass of Bantalab, Jammu, his brother Rajesh Kumar and his brother- in- law namely Rajesh of Sunderbani dragged the victim into sex trade forcibly at the point of knife and when she refused, her husband took the knife and pressed it against the neck of her daughter namely Baby, which resulted into oozing of blood from her neck.
Later, the girl was taken hostage. Earlier, trio gang raped her repeatedly, but with the passage of time, she was forced for sex with other customers who were brought by her husband.
Pertinent to mention here that the complainant got married to Rajesh in Arya Samaj Mandir after divorce by her earlier husband.
She further alleged that on 19.5.2014,her husband along with two mentioned above accused, \reached drunk at her house and under the influence of liquor intended to have sex with her minor child and when she objected, she was gangraped and became subject of un natural sex.
After the brutal sex, she was admitted in the GMC hospital where she stayed for seven days for treatment. After seven days when she came home she found all her belongings including cash of Rs 45000,gold chain, electronic items missing, purportedly stolen by her husband.
As per her lawyers namely Jagjit Rai and Surinder Kumar Gupta , "Our client was forced to have sex, she was taken to Banihal where some AFCONS officers gang raped her . Not only these officers but three Srinagar based bureaucrats, local leaders and priests repeatedly raped her", quoting the victim, they said, adding, " the complainant has evidences to prove her allegations. Regretting police's investigation they said that though the FIR has been lodged but no arrest has been made so far".
