Controversy over Headquarter of newly Created Tehsil Charala HC directs same location till outcome of petition 9/8/2014 11:32:01 PM Jammu, Sept 8: In a petition filed by Swami Raj Bhagat on behalf of residents of various villages in which he grievances of the petitioners is that Village Seva as proposed headquarter of newly created Tehsil Charala (District Doda), in inconvenient for populace of the area from the reason that same is not centrally located. Justice Janak Raj Kotwal after hearing Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi with Adv Veenu Gupta issued two weeks notices to respondents and in the meanwhile Directed Deputy Commissioner Doda shall look into the matter and submit report to this Court as to whether Village Seva is aptly located to be made the headquarter of the Tehsil as also whether village Puneja is more suitable for the said purpose and meanwhile subject to objections and till next date before the Court, location of the headquarter of newly created tehsil Charal shall remain subject to outcome of the petition.
