| Welfare committee urges Govt for water supply | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 8: Welfare Committee of Upper Roop Nagar on Monday urged the state government and authorities concerned to immediately make arrangements for drinking water supply.
According to press release, in the meeting of executive, the chairman of committee has urged the PHE department as soon as possible to restore the water supply.
The residence alleged that the Public Health Engineering department is making drinking water supply, partially; adequately only to those influential people who were residing in other sectors.
The members of the committee have asked the dept engineers to restore drinking water supply to them forthwith and save them from acute water scarcity. |
