vijaypur, Sept 24: Contesting candidate PDP from Vijaypur Constituency Harmesh Singh Slathia today visited village Barota of Vijaypur assembly constituency to take stock the problems being faced by the people.
The deputations of locals called upon the PDP leader Harmesh Singh Slathia and apprised him about the loss caused to them due to the flood like situations. The people told that there land alongwith standing crops have been washed away due to flood while huge deposit of silt has destroyed their fields.
Slathia assured the people that their demands shall be taken up to the concerned authorities for redressal the same at an earliest. Harmesh Singh Slathia alongwith his companions also distributed the consumable items including floor (atta) bags among the flood affected people. He appealed the people to come forward and join the PDP as the future state lies in the hands of PDP
Somi, Sub (Retd) Joginder Singh, Ranjit Singh Panch, Rounak Ram, Harbans Lal, Girdhari Lal also accompanied Harmesh Singh Slathia during his tour. |
