Kalakot, Sept 24: Wasim Kohli, Youth Leader Kalakote called for effective mearures to meet emergent situations so as to minimize human and property loss in case of any possible catastrophe. According to press relase, he visited flood affected areas Argi, Dalhori, Bindi Jamola, Sarano, ladhote, Kalalkas, Garan Kunhan, Dugga, Panjah and many other Panchayats where deputation of locals headed by their representatives called upon and apprised them, with the problems being faced by the people in post flood situations after the water has receded. Wasim said that there is an urgent need for disbursement of relief for the reconstruction of houses so that people could have at-least something to live in before the onset of winter. He appealed to the revenue authorities that proper assessment of the losses to be made earliest so that proper distribution of the relief material may also be made to the flood affected areas.
