| JK Montessorie Sr Sec School holds freshers’ day | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 24: Class 12th students of JK Montessorie Sr. Sec. School organized fresher's party for the new faces of class XI with support of staff members in the school premises here today. The function started with welcome address by Tanisha of class 12th & with lighting of traditional lamp by the chief guest, Managing Director of the school Mr. Sanjeev Gupta, Director Academics Rajni Gupta, Vice Principal Geeta Dixit, Co-ordinator Vandana Gupta followed by saraswati vandana presented by the students of class 12th. It was a gala show in which the excited students of class 12th presented a cultural programme showing their talent and creativity including cultural items like group songs, solo songs, dances, various games as also heart throbbing selection of Mr. and Miss Fresher and also gifts were presented to all the students with suitable titles respectively.
Pallavi Sharma and Rajat Nargotra of class XI were given the title of Miss & Mr Fresher. They were selected on the basis of their performance in entertainment and general awareness programme organized on the spot where it was informed that both the students proved all rounder academically and in other activities also.
Managing director Sanjeev Gupta blessed the students and appreciated the efforts of teachers & also gave message that "We had accompanied them on the road to honour them in the school days and tried to bring out from them the best and unique. We are here to send them ahead in different aspects of life to share their best potentials in the society."
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Divya Ambardar of class 11th who prayed to the almighty to shower their choicest blessings for class 12th, so that the students become the assets of the society. |
