Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 1: Security of various railway stations falls on Jammu-Kathua tracked reviewed by SP Railway Jammu, on Saturday. According to press release, SP Railways Jammu Suram Singh, accompanied bySDPO Railways Jammu, Chander Jeet Singh and other officers visited Railway Station Bari Brahmana, Rayamore, Vijayur, Samba, Hiranagar, Chann Arorain, Budhi and Railway Station Kathua in connection with security review and interaction with GRP personnel's. During visit the SP emphasized upon all I/C PPs and the men deployed to remain extra vigilant, careful and maintain close co-operation with other sister agencies and ensure safety and security of Railway passengers, trains, track and other vital installations. They were also directed to keep all the security gadgets up-to date at all Railway Station and strengthen the access control system to thwart the evil designs of Anti National / Anti-Social Elements. During the course of said visit a police public meet was held at Railway Station Kathua in which parking employees, shopkeepers, locals, permanent vendors, prominent citizens participated. In the said public meeting Suram Singh SP Railways Jammu lauded the participants to provide their assistance and co-operation in the maintenance of safety and security at Railway Station Kathua and to maintain healthy and crime free atmosphere at Railway Station Kathua. |
