PSO of Lal Singh shot at youth, held 11/2/2014 12:35:41 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 1: A Personal Security Officer (PSO) of Choudhary Lal Singh, Ex Member Parliament today shot at a local youth over a petty issue at village Shahpur in Bishnah area. Police have arrested the PSO and seized the weapon while the injured has been shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) for treatment. According to sources, this late evening, an ASI Balraj was allegedly consuming liquor in his vehicle along the road side at Shahpur. In the meantime, a local youth, Sunil son of Ramesh Chander, who is known to the ASI was passing through the area and had some arguments with Balraj. Inebriated Balraj fired one shot in air and another in the abdomen of Sunil. Hearing the gun shot locals immediately reached the spot and informed the police. Police shifted the profusely bleeding Sunil to GMC&H for treatment who was responding to the treatment when last reports came in. police also arrested Balraj along with the service pistol.
