Minor held in 'sodomy case' 11/2/2014 12:35:49 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Nov 1: Police today booked a 15 years old for his alleged involvement of having unnatural sex with another minor of five years old in remote Palmar area of Kishtwar district in Jammu region. Police have identified the accused (name withheld) who was a resident of Patimhala who allegedly had an unnatural sex with a five years old boy. As per the details available "Early Times", the five year old victim (name withheld) brought the matter into the notice of their family member who later reported the matter to police. "Following a compliant police registered a case against FIR 235/14 u/s 377 RPC in this regard and also got the victim medically examined. However the medical reports are still awaited, police sources said.
