Poonch, Feb 11: District Development Commissioner Poonch has allegedly engaged all district officers of different departments in daily routine during working hours, thus causing inconvenience to the general public. According to reports, the new deputy commissioner calls all district officers in his office early in the morning and conducts meeting for whole day. Inhabitants from rural areas of Mendhar, Surankote and Mandi tehsils have expressed their resentment over such acts of deputy commissioner.
According to them, the mode of functioning was creating problems for the people. "We come to the office with high hopes only to see officers missing from offices. The locals have appealed to the Chief Minister for remedial measures. |
