| TVVS holds entrance test for students of 8th class | | |  Early Times Report
Kathua, Feb 11: Tagore Vidyarthi Vikas Sanstha (TVVS) Kathua today held an entrance test for the students of 8th class from the Govt Schools of Kathua.
In the test 71 students appeared with full enthusiasm. The test was held in the Govt Primary School Colony Kathua. Mahipal Sharma the founder General Secretary of TVVS was invited as Chief Guest on the occasion.
The top 25 students will be adopted for two years. Sanstha will provide all possible help by giving books, uniforms, fees and free tuition.
The chief Guest in his speech appreciated the efforts of the sanstha and showed his willingness in adopting the academic pursuits of the students.
Rajinder Gupta founder in his speech asked the students to encourage themselves so that they can achieve their goal by own efforts. He gave gratitude to Sanjay Shegal President and other members of the executive body for providing voluntary services to the sanstha.
Two minute silent was also observed to pay tribute to brave soldiers who achieved martyrdom in the Sunjwan Army Camp attack. |
