| JK Assembly pays tribute to Sunjwan martyrs | | |

Jammu Feb 12: The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly today pays tribute to the army personal and the civilian martyred in Jammu,s Sunjwah terror attack which enters 3rd day today.
As soon as the assembly resume it's business on the last day of on going budget session, the NC legislator Mian Altaf Ahmed and Ali Mohammad Sagar stood up and demanded the statement from the government over the unfortunate terror attack.
MLA Nagrota Devender Singh Rana also stood and condemn the terror attack and requested the house to observe two minutes silence to pay tribute to the army personal and civilian who achieved martyrdom in the line of the duty following which whole house observe the silence to pay homage to the departed soul and to express grief over loss of lives in the terror attack.
Later senior PDP leader and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Abdul Rehman Veeri read out the detail statement about the Sunjwan terror attack. He said that five army personal, civilian were martyred in this tragic terror attack beside about a dozen people including women, children and Army personal were injured added that three terrorist has also been killed and the operation is still on when last report came in. |
