UDHAMPUR, Feb 21: In the backdrop of the statement of the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti advocating talks with Pakistan to stop border infiltration and hostilities, father of martyr captain Tushar Mahajan has expressed his resentment on the approach of the government and demanded hot pursuit against Pakistan and the Pakistani terrorists.
Dev Raj, the father of the martyr said that everyday officers and Jawans of the armed forces were laying down their lives and the governments of the state and the Centre busy were only issuing statements condemning the Pak misadventures. Dev Raj added that time had come to pay Pakistan back in its own way and teach it a lesson once for all.
Dev Raj rued that two years after his son laid down his life fighting Pakistani terrorists at EDI building in Pampore, the promises made to the family were not fulfilled.
He divulged that the Members of Legislative Assembly of the District, Presidents of Prominent Associations and public of the district demanded renaming of 'Udhampur Railway Station' as 'Martyr Capt.
