ARTO Kishtwar challans 39 vehicles for violation

Kishtwar, Mar 1:While continuing its campaign against the Traffic Violator's in the Kishtwar District Today ARTO Kishtwar Abhay Indu Sharma challaned a total number of 39 vehicles at different places of Kishtwar District for the violation of the Motor Vehicle Act. ARTO has challaned overloading in goods and passengers vehicles specially in this regard. Along this fitment of High Security Registration Plates(HSRP),pollution Under Control Certificates(PUCC) have also been Checked on the Direction of Transport Commissioner. As per report, there were several complaints of overloading on Kishtwar to Thathri and Thathri to Dunadi. Lack of manpower and official vehicles are creating some problems. But all the area specially the three Routes Padder,Thathri and Chatroo are regularly being covered and rest of the route shall also be covered.
ARTO Kishtwar Abhay Indu Sharma has made it categorically clear that the habitual offenders of Vehicles Operators shall be proceeded against by registration of FIRs if they continue to violates Traffic Rules. In this regard, ARTO Kishtwar Abhay Indu Sharma challaned total 39 vehicles under which 23 of overloading,11 of deficient documents,04 without PUCC,01 without seat belt. And total fee deposited for HSRP -09, Amount realized on spot Rs 22,000.ARTO Kishtwar.
