CLUJ Sports Champs-GCW Girls lift Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Table Tennis

Jammu, Mar 9: On Fifth day of Sports Tourney 2018, Kabaddi (Men & Women) and Kho-Kho (Men & Women) Finals were played at GCW Gandhinagar , Table Tennis (Men & Women) matches were played at MAM College, Judo Men & Women and Cricket were played at GGM Science College, Constituent Colleges of Cluster University of Jammu organised by DSW Cluster University of Jammu.
In Kabaddi (men) the final was played between Govt. S.P.M.R. College of Commerce and GGM Science College. GGM Science College won by 14 points (43 - 29).
Kabaddi (Women) was played between GCW Gandhi Nagar and Govt. College of Education, GCW Gandhi Nagar won by16 Points (20-04). Tania from GCW Gandhi Nagar scored highest points.
The final of Kho-kho match (Women) was played between Govt. College of Education and GCW Gandhinagar. GCW Gandhinagar won by 10 points (12 - 02). Neeru of GCW Gandhinagar scored highest points.
The final of Kho-kho match (Men) was played between Govt.SPMR College of Commerce and GGM Science College. SPMR College won by 07 points (10 - 3). Hunykeit of SPMR College of Commerce scored highest points. The Match was officiated by Harpreet Singh, Amit Kumar and Dheeraj Sharma.
In Table Tennis Women, final match was played between Govt. College of Education and GCW Gandhi Nagar. GCW Gandhi Nagar beats Govt. College of Education (3-1). First match was played Parul Sharma of GCOE between Syeeda Baroo of GCW Gandhinagar, Syeeda Baroo of GCW Gandhinagar won by 11 - 4. Kaneez Fatima of GCW Gandhinagar defeated Shanu Rani of GCOE by 11 - 1, 11 - 5. Third match was won by Parul & Shanu of GCOE defeating Syeeda $ Kaneez of GCW by 11 - 8, 7 - 11, 11 - 5. In the fourth match Kaneez of GCW defeated Parul of GCOE by 11 - 4, 11 - 7.
In Table Tennis (men), first semi-final was played between GGM Science College and MAM College Jammu. GGM Science College beats MAM College Jammu (3-0). Second semi-final was played between Govt. College of Education and SPMR College. SPMR College beats Govt. College of Education (3-1)
In Cricket Men, first match was played between GGM Science College and GCOE, the match was won GGM Science College by 35 runs. Second match was won by MAM College defeating SPMR by 22 runs. In Judo Men Championship, MAM College won overall trophy by securing 26 points and GGM Science College Runner up by scoring 25 points. In Judo Women Championship, GGM Science College won overall trophy by securing 28 points and GCW Gandhinagar was Runner up with 25 points. Push Thakur, Sahil Dogra, Sanjay Khajuria, Ranjodh Singh and Jai Bharat were the official involved for smooth conduct of match.
