The applicant filed another RTI application on the same date i.e 18-12-2016 where under he had sought information with respect to J.E Sarabjeet Singh and also information with respect to funds allocated under annual plan 2014-15. The PIO vide his communication dated 9-01-2017 informed the applicant that the information sought by him is huge and hence he should deposit an amount of Rs 9500/- as copying charges.
The appeal came up for hearing before the SIC on 19-12-2017.
