| Resident decry increase in pollution near SDH | | |  Early Times Report
Doda, Mar 22: The residents of Dandi, Rambagh, Gwari and adjacent areas of Bhaderwah complained so many times against the M/S Natural Essential oil; a factory installed near Sub district Hospital Bhaderwah.
The factory has been installed at just 20 meters from the Hospital boundary and only 100 meters from the Hospital building, but pollution control board hasn't taken any action against the said factory so far. The people of the adjoining areas have approached to High court Jammu and court directed in his interim order; dated: 28.02.2018 to stop the working of factory till further order but the factory is still working at its full swing leaving behind the orders of court which is obviously the contempt of court.
The public plead the authorities concerned to implement the court order so that the people have a sign of relief from the pollution created due to the extraction of ceedar woods oil (kaelam). |
