Student killed, 21 others injured after school bus rolls down into gorge at Leater-Nowshera

SUNDERBANI, Mar 22: A school bus rolled down in deep gorge in village Leater resulting into injuries to 22 students. Three critically injured students were referred to government medical college hospital (GMC) Jammu among which one student has passed away.
Deputy Chief Education Officer (DY CEO) Nowshera J P Singh along with staff reached in Sunderbani hospital to help the injured students.
Reports said that students and staff members of government high school Sehar of block Nowshera were going to picnic to religious place Shiv Khori at Ransoo of district Reasi. Near the Bhambla of village Leater in curve bus beating registration number JK11 4111 rolled down in deep gorge.
Meanwhile people of the village came on the spot and shifted to injured students in nearest sub division hospital (SDH) Sunderbani. All 22 students were injured and 3 in critically condition refered to Jammu. List of refered students Sakshi Devi 15yrs D/O Rajesh Kumar resident of Makri, Chandani Sharma 15yrs D/O Raj Kumar resident of Makri, Harsh Singh 14yrs son of Suram Singh resident of Seriya has died in GMC hospital Jammu.

All 19 students were admitted in sub division hospital SDH Sunderbani. Sub division police officer (SDPO) Nowshera Khaliq Chowdary and station house officer (SHO) Sunderbani Tilak Raj Sharma reached in hospital then police registered
