| Female Army Captain alleges rape, businessman booked | | |

Jammu, May 17: Following court direction , Trikuta Nagar police today registered a case and booked a businessman of Paloura area for allegedly raping a female captain of the Army.
Police sources said that the victim approached the court and the court issued direction for registration of FIR against the accused for allegedly raping a female Captain of Army who was then posted at Bari Brahmana area.
Police sources further added that the victim who is presently posted in Bareli in her complaint alleged that the accused raped her on the pretext of marriage.
Police said that a case under FIR no. 136/18 under sections 376 and 420 of RPC at Trikuta Nagar police station. |
