DF&SS stage protest against unilateral ceasefire | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 17: The workers of Dogra Front & Shiv Sena under the leadership of President Ashok Gupta took out a protest in Jammu city against the unilateral ceasefire implementation in the valley. He stated that the decision of unilateral ceasefire should be again thought through and taken back and the army operations of CASO & SIDO should be made to run in full swing again. Describing Kashmir valley as "turbulent" where nearly 80 incidents of violence occurred in last four months and civilians were often seen coming out to encounter sites to stage protests with the intention of giving the militants an opportunity to escape. In the first 4 months of this year Pakistan has violated the ceasefire more than 900 times. Ashok Gupta stated that was this the consensus of the all party meeting that the Pakistan should attack us and we shall not retaliate to them because of the months of Ramzan, do we want our people to be killed. Ashok Gupta said that ceasefire in the first day of Ramzan has been violated on the IB of Samba, Kathua. This clearly justifies and signifies that Pakistan is so called Muslim nation has nothing to do with the Holy month of Ramzan as its gift to the Indian border belt Muslims was in from of mortars and gun fire. |
