| Gold Gym organises AQUA ZUMBA | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 26: Gold's gym Jammu, organised an AQUA ZUMBA master class on Saturday. It was an all ladies class organised at the swimming pool facility at sygnet park asia. The class was open for both members and non members and was conducted by gold's gym Jammu's certified ZUMBA instructor Zin Anjana Rajput. The participants enthusiastically and with great energy took part in this one of a kind fitness class. Speaking on this occasion Chitvan Wazir, director gold's gym Jammu, hilighted the effectiveness of AQUA ZUMBA as a form of workout. She further added that "not only is it an effective form of cardio but also is much safer for joints and muscles." The participants thanked gold's gym Jammu for organising such a unique event in the city and urged the team make AQUA ZUMBA a regular affair. |
