| Burglars decamp with cash worth Rs 18 lakh, ornaments in Sunderbani | | | Early Times Report
Sunderbani, May 27: Some unidentified burglars decamped with cash and gold ornaments worth lakhs from a house in village located in Sunderbani.
Police have registered a case and started investigation however, no arrest has been made when last reports came in.
Police sources said that incident of theft was reported yesterday late evening in the house of Bishwinder Singh son of Shamsher Singh, resident of Ashram road Sunderbani.
Police sources quoting the complainant said that he was out of house for past some days and today on his return, he found that locks and safe were broken in the house and burglars escape with cash worth Rs 18 lakh and gold jewellery of 20 tollas.
Police said that a case under FIR No 58/2018 under sections 457 and 380 of RPC has been registered in Police Station Sunderbani and investigation has been started. |
