Pak stooges caught between 'devil and the deep sea'
Their 'bosses' ask them to stay away from talks
6/7/2018 11:43:06 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, June 7: Separatists and Pakistan stooges have been reportedly told by their bosses sitting across the Line of Control no to enter into any sort of dialogue with the Government of India.
Sources told Early Times that the so-called Joint Resistance leadership comprising Hurriyat hawk Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Hurriyat dove Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and so-called JKLF chief Yasin Malik have been told not to hold any bilateral talks. "People sitting across the LoC first want GoI to talk to Pakistan. They want build the pressure over GoI through separatists to start negotiations with the neighbouring country," they added.
An insider revealed that Geelani and others have been asked to harden their stand and make it clear that they cannot hold talks within the ambit of the constitution. "They (separatists) have been assigned the task to mock at ongoing Ramadan ceasefire and provoke the ultras to intensify their activities across the Valley," he added.
A source said that Hurriyat dove Mirwaiz Umar Farooq too has been asked to ensure that leaders of the Hurriyat led by him should maintain silence rather than showing keenness to enter into any sort of talks. "Separatists are caught between the devil and the deep sea as they had dropped enough hints about them being interested in talks. They had even sent their aides to meet the Centre's Interlocutor Dineshwar Sharma and had got it conveyed to him that they should be invited for parleys."
He said, "Separatists have realized that they have been rendered irrelevant. Pakistan has already prepared a B-team of its stooges who are propagating violence and are radicalizing youth. For Pakistan they have outlived their utility. At present they (Geelani, Mirwaiz and Malik) are making desperate attempts to sit in New Delhi's lap."
It may be recalled that Zakir Musa, a self-styled commander of a terrorist group active in Kashmir, had threatened to behead Geelani, Mirwaiz and Malik and hang their heads at Lal Chowk in Srinagar.
"The Pak stooges are caught in a web they had knit for other people. The same terrorists are threatening them whom they had groomed in their backyard. They also know it very well that if they don't listen to their bosses Pakistan's spy agency ISI can get them assassinated like Miriwaiz Farooq (father of Hurriyat dove Miriwaiz Umar Faroq) and like Abdul Gani Lone (father of separatist turned mainstream politician and present minister Sajad Gani Lone)," said a Kashmir watcher.
