Conspiracy behind Illegal appointments of ReTs exposed

Doda, June 20: In a major breakthrough conspiracy hatched by some tainted officials of education department Doda to mislead Director School Education Jammu in the regularization case of half a dozen fraudulently appointed Rehber-e-Taleem Teachers of Zone Doda and Zone Ghat appointed in violation of SSA norms has been exposed.
The regularization files of said fake ReT's namely Rafiqa Banoo ReT UPS Home Guard Line Doda, Sumiah Kousar ReT UPS Home Guard Line Doda, Mohd Iqbal ReT UPS Basti, Zone Doda, Zakir Hussain ReT P.S Check Post Doda Babloo Kumar ReT PS Chakri and Pinky Devi ReT PS Chakri Zone Ghat of Doda have already been returned by higher-ups on the reasons that their fake appointment cases are under investigation before investigation agencies and till date after inquiry atleast 02 officials namely Farooq Ahmed Sr. Asstt. and Mohd Amin then cluster Resource Person have been penalized vide Govt. order No. 355- Edu of 2018 dated 16-03-2018 and investigation against rest of the accused is in progress.
The complaint reveals that some attached officials of education department in hawala style have taken files of said illegally appointed ReT's in their custody to produce before Directorate of School Education Jammu at proper opportunity and get them regularized with a false certificate that there is no case against them and they were engaged genuinely contrary to the conditions mandated in the recently issued regularization order by Director School Education Jammu.
Sources as per record reveal that ZEO Doda and ZEO Bhagwah have already managed illegal regularization of favourite ReT's by submitting false eligibility certificate in favour of ineligible Sabiha Fatima ReT PS Village Bijarni, Ashfaq Ahmed ReT MS Kotal Village Bijarni resident of Ward No. 05 and 13 of Doda Municipality as per certificate issued by Executive Officer Municipal Committee Doda appointed in violation of SSA norms which mandates that candidates residing in Urban areas can be selected at Ward level only and not in villages. Whereas another candidate namely Ratna Devi ReT UPS Permaz was illegally selected and illegally regularized without vacancy and without advertisement by ZEO Doda. Their cases are also under investigation before State Vigilance Commission and Vigilance Organization Jammu and till date their illegal appointment and illegal regularization has inflicted financial loss of rupees 1.20 crore upon the state exchequer which invites attention of the Vigilance Organization and Crime Branch. Meanwhile Director School Education Jammu has also ordered enquiry in the matter vide his No. DSEJ/RET/27802 dated 18-05-2018.
