Manhas Cricket Club log wins 14th Gufran C'Ship 2018

Doda, July 10: Manhas Cricket Club (MCC) scripted convincing victory against Doda Warriors by 79 runs in the ongoing All India 14th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2018 at Sports Stadium Doda here today.
The tournament is being organized by Young Star Cricket Club Doda and sponsored by 10 Rashtriya Rifles Unit Doda and J&K Bank
Batting first, MCC scored a total of 195 runs in allotted 18 over, losing their 09 wickets in the process. Surinder was the highest scorer who scored 49 runs while Imran Malik contributed 38 runs for his team. For Doda Warriors, Vinay grabbed 03 wickets while Aqib Hussain and Sonu Sharma shared 02 wickets each.
In reply, Doda Warriors managed to score only 116 runs for the loss of all their wickets in 16.4 overs, thus by lost the match by 79 runs. Sonu Sharma and Vinay contributed 41 and 13 runs to the total respectively. Imran Malik was the pick of the bowlers from Doda Warriors, scalping 03 wickets, while Nikhal Kotwal took 02 important wickets. Later on, Imran Malik of Manhas Cricket Club was declared as Man of the Match for his best all round performance.
