BVP holds plantation drive

Jammu, July 24: Bharat Vikas Parishad Gandhi Nagar branch Jammu, carried out mission program of plantation drive, in collaboration with Govt. Collage for Women Gandhi Nagar Jammu , in the campus of the collage today. Under the pogram about 100 number of ever green. Herbal , ornamental and Forestry plants were planted. Prof. Dr.Kaushal Samotra Principal, was the Chief Guest during the function. Amita Sharma , Prant President, graced the occasion as Guest of Honour. Dr. Ashok Kumar Kalsotra, General Secretary, apprised the Chief Guest abuot the functioning of the Parishad. He thanked the staff and students of the collage for their cooperation and enthusiastic participation. Thanks are also due to Principal, Prof. Dr. Kaushal Samotra, who made it convenient to be the Chief Guest during the function and has made it a momentous occasion. Prof. Dr. Meeru Abrol and colleagues coordinated the whole program. Prant office bearers of BVP J&K prant along with heads of different branchesand members of Gandhi Nagar Branch were present during the function. The whole proceeding was under the guidance and supervision of Bharat Bhushan Sharma. President Branch , with active coordination of Jagjit Singh Isher Finance Secretary Branch.
