Doda, July 25: The newly appointed Principal Government Medical College Doda, Prof Dr Tariq Azad formally resumed the work of Government Medical College Doda today. On reaching the District Headquarter Doda, the members of Chenab Valley Doctors Association and NHM Employees Association District Unit Doda accorded warm welcome to the worthy Principal Dr Tariq Azad. Later on, the members held discussion and deliberation with Dr Tariq Azad at Dak Bungalow Doda regarding the construction work of new GMC Doda and related issues. The members has hailed the govt decision for posting the son of soil Dr Tariq Azad as the Principal Government Medical College Doda. Describing Dr Tariq Azad as an honest, competent and good performing officer, the members said this move of the govt would surely prove beneficial for all people of Chenab region. Terming posting of Dr Tariq Azad as welcome step, the members hoped that the he would play his role in not only addressing the public problems but he would also advocate for the resolution of employees demands who will work under his control.
