Ramban, Sept 29: Ramban police claimed to have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for last one year.
"Absconder namely Nizam Din of Dalwa Teh Gool who was evading arrest for the last one year got arrested by Dharmkund Police after hectic efforts", said police spokesman adding that he was involved in a case under FIR No 24/8/17 under sections 376, 363, 342 and 109 of RPC at Dharamkund police station. It is pertinent to mention here that Anita Sharma SSP Ramban, after joining the district, had given clear cut directions to the lower formations to be strict on several issues and apprehension of the absconders was one of the core ones. The effort got executed due to sincere efforts of SHO Dharmkund Ajit Singh under the close supervision of Asgar Malik DySP Hqrs Ramban and Addl SP Ramban Sanjay Parihar. |
