New entrant into BJP authorised to allot mandate for MC Basohli
9/29/2018 11:17:26 PM
Early Times Report
basOhli, Sept 29: In order to accommodate his coterie and grab control of MC Basohli many senior most BJP workers from the town were shown the exit. The man behind the foul play is none other than the BJP Sangathan Mantri district Kathua, known for his anti party activities in the district. Resentment brews in the rank and file of the party.
According to the local party workers the new entrant, who made his dramatic entry in the BJP party the other day, hijacked the Basohli Municipal Committee, under a secret deal with the said Sangthan Mantri, with an evil intention of grabing the control of the MC Basohli.
In order to achieve his nefarious designs he distributed the MC Basohli mandate, in connivance with the said mantri, to the persons of his liking ( not belonging to BJP) while neglecting the senior most, educated, honest and dedicated ground level workers of the party.
According to the workers, who have been sidelined, one senior most BJP worker of the town who have been associated emotionally with the erstwhile Jan Sangh since sixtees and physically with BJP for the last 15 yers has been neglected with an evil intention of keeping him out of the race of President of the MC by applying a so called rule of one mandate to one couple whereas the same rule was flouted brazenly in other case in the same MC.
There are dozens of such examples In Jammu BJP unit where, One mandate to One, family is flouted brazenly and the mandate to many husband and wife, brothers and sons of the BJP leaders have been given for the municipal council of Jammu.
The famous Sangathan Mantri seems hell bent making the roots of BJP weak in the Kathua district lock stock and baral which the party will have to face the consequences later on.
The entire Basohli BJP unit has been made weak with the evil intentions of the said mantri whose first and the last priority has been to make friendship with the leaders MLAs and ministers irrespective of the party they belong for personal benefits. There is great resentment brewing in the whole constituency for ignoring the Basohli senior BJP workers in giving representation in the state executive body of the BJP.
The BJP high command should at once tighten noose around the shrewd Sangathan Mantri before he proves detrimental for the whole party in the state in general and in Kathua district in particular.
