JAMMU, Sept 29: Ranjit college of Education organized inter -college quiz competition on life and teaching of mahatma Gandhi. Participants from Khalsa college,Chenab college,sant mela Singh college, Galaxy college and Ranjit college of Education were participated.Dr S.K pandey from department of Chemistry, University of Jammu & Dr Jaspal singh from directorate of distance Education, University of Jammu were the judges in the quiz competition .
Dr Renu Gangal, Principal of Ranjit College of Education presented the welcome address. All the participants took keen interest in the contest and updated their knowledge.
Mrs Baljinder kour, Trustee Ranjit college of Education feliciated the guests and Presidential address was delivered by Chairman Er. Manmeet Singh of RCE.
Before the start of event, bhajan was recited by komal, osheen and amica of semester first.
Frist prize was won by Galaxy college of Education, Second prize was shared by Ranjit college of Education and M.C khalsa college of Education, where as third prize won by sant mela singh college of Education and consolation prize won by Chenab college of Education. Miss shikha of semester III presented the classical dance to enthral the audience. Whole programme was anchored by Asst. Prof. Mrs Ritu choudhary and Asst. Prof. Mr. Devinder Singh. Among others, faculties members Mrs Anjali singh, kiran bala, Ankita kotwal, surmilla jamwal, navinder kour and Hardeep kour were also present. |
