Inter-School Kho-Kho Tournament Concluded

Katra, Nov 27: Two days Inter-School U-17 Girls Kho-Kho Tournment being conducted by Kreeda Bharti J&K concluded at Bhargav Public School Gadhigarh, here today under the overall supervision of President Kreeda Bharti J&K Shiv Kumar Sharma and Secretary Rajesh Chander Vaid.
On the occasion, Former Principal Govt. Dental College Jammu and Prant Seh Sangh Chalak Rastriya Swayam Sevek Sangh Jammu & Kashmir Dr. Gautam Mengi was the chief guest, who interacted with the players and wished them good luck. He also distributed medals and trophies to the winner, runner-up and third place teams. President Kreeda Bharti J&K Shiv Kumar Sharma who is also President of J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association and President Senior Citizens Welfare Forum Katra (Regd.) presented the Welcome address and threw light on the importance of Kreeda Bharti for the development of Sports in India. Spokesperson BJP Ashok Kumar Khajuria and most Senior Citizen of locality and member of the Bhargav Public School were the guest of honour.
In the final match, Bhargav High School Gadhigarh defeated J&K Sports club Gadhigarh by 10-9 points. Secretary Kreeda Bharti J&K Rajesh Chander Vaid conducted the proceedings.
In the end Dr. Sanjogita Soodan, Vice President of Kreeda Bharti J&K presented the vote of thanks. Sunil Sharma along with Dolly Sharma officiated the match and was assisted by Angat Singh for scoring purpose.
Principal of Bhargav Public School Gadhigarh Vikas Sharma, who is also Treasurer of Kreeda Bharti J&K and Prithi Pal Singh, National Hockey Umpire were also present on the occasion.
