Doda, Dec, 19: Jammu and Kashmir Reserved Categories Empowerment ALLIANCE Chenab Valley(JKRCEA) organized one day seminar at town hall Doda.
The programm was organized with the collaboration of SBANM Society Doda, on this occasion Sr advocate Imtaiz Mir was the cheif guest, Talib Hussain and Mehboob Tak was the guest of honour, Naik Raj sarpanch and Ramesh Singh was the special guest. Gen secretary JKRCEA Doda Sanjay Bhagat through light upon the JKRCEA agenda for the upliftment of SC, ST OBC and weaker section of the society.
While speaking on the occasion president of JKRCEA Chenab Valley Joginder Singh Rai said, the Architects of modern India took into consideration the past, present and future society imbalances to bring equality amongst unequals. He further said Article 370 & 35A is safeguard to future generations and political idenity of the state's people.
He appealed to Governor Satya Poul Malik immediately redress sensitive issue of SC, ST, OBC and religious minorities and personally look into matter for restoration of reservation in promotion in the light of SC SLP no 30621/2018 order no 17-5-18, interim order was also issued by Govt of India DOPT and Training (reservation section) 15 June 2018.
Talib Hussain Chairman All Tribal Coordination Committee (ATCC) lambasted on state and center govt for their totally failure in legally dealing with the issue of public importance, Talib Hussain further said constitution provide them equal opportunity, equal status to everyone without any discrimination.
Mehboob Tak president CVCC Forum Doda criticized the state govt by not contesting Article 370 and 35 A, the absence of Article 370 and 35 A would be rob the youth job in Jammu and Kashmir, scholarship, land property and reservation of SC, ST and others community.
Senior Advocate Imtaiz Mir said Article 370 and 35 A, abrogated their land which was given to its tillers without any fee or compensation. He further said Resolve the Jammu and Kashmir issue trilaterally through peaceful, meaningful, Realistic unconditionally dialogue so that available solution amicable concern is evolved.
Others prominent were speak on the occasion Surjeet Singh Bhagat president Doda, Naik Raj Sarpanch Sandera, Ramesh Singh Sarpanch Rewara, Ayazulla Wani, Manzoor Ahmed, Raj Kumar, Akash and others.
