| BJP leaders make another attempt to hoodwink people | | |  K Koushal

Jammu, Dec 19: Social networking sites were flooded with congratulation messages for State Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) President Ravinder Raina and ex MLA (East) Rajesh Gupta for successful trial run of Ropeway Project from Bahu fort to Mahamaya temple here.
Sources said that the duo has started a campaign on various social networking platforms to seek credit for the trial run of the ropeway project.
"As the notification for the election can be issued any time by the Election Commission of India (ECI), some BJP leaders are trying to take credit for the works which were started when they were sharing power with the PDP," said sources.
Either majority of developmental projects started during PDP-BJP rule are languishing or were not taken up by the BJP ministers when they were in power, said sources.
A netizen while talking to Early Times said that while in power they kept on reaping the fruits of power and now they are trying to take credit for these projects just to hoodwink the people of Jammu.
It is pertinent to mention here that on 27th of April of 2018, then Minister of State for Education, Culture and Tourism, Priya Sethi initiated the trial run of prestigious Jammu Ropeway Project from Bahu to Mahamaya temple.The Jammu Ropeway Project cost is Rs 70 crore and it's 1.7 kilometer long. |
