| PIL regarding constitution of Shrine Board in Machail Mata | | Case to be listed on Monday | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 21: keeping in view the urgency involved in the matter, Division Bench comprising of Justice D.S. Thakur and Justice Sindhu Sharma directed the matter to be listed on Monday i.e.24th of December.
Adv.Aditya Sharma and adv.Faiz-ul-Arif appeared on behalf of the petition submitted before the court that the reply to the application for appointment of receiver already stands filed and the Government is yet to file the objections to the prayers made by the Petitioner.
Thakur Kulbir Singh also sought permission from the Court to present his view point and Court directed him to file an application in proper manner so that same can be heard. Advocate General D.C.Raina appeared on behalf of the state.
After hearing the parties, Division Bench directed the matter to be listed on Monday so that necessary directions can be issued in this regard keeping in view the urgency involved in Mata Machial Shrine.
In the Petition it was alleged by the Petitioner that the management who is looking after the affairs of Machial Mata shrine i.e Sarv Shakti Sevak Sanstha as well as the Sarv Shakti shree Chandi Mata Mandir, Pacca Danga had involved in a fight for the last few months in order to control the management of Holy shrine. |
