| Residents of Balakote without power for last many days | | | Early Times Report
Mendhar, Jan 5: With the burning of transformer in Lanjoite Balakote the consumers are without power for the last many days.
People of the area who are facing lot of difficulties due to no light during these days when their children are taking final examinations, are repeatedly approaching the senior PDD officers but to no avail. The local residents Social Zahier Khan said that PDD officers have not given proper attention to their problem and they are being forced to agitate and block the roads and others.
They appealed to the Chief Engineer PDD Poonch to issue suitable instructions to the concerned officers at Balakote to immediately replace the burnt transformer and provide light to the consumers. |
