BDO Swena found missing from office 1/7/2019 10:51:41 PM Arun Jasrotia Early Times Report UDHAMPUR Jan 7: The BDO Swena was found missing by a team of visiting scribes from Early Times. The team found important government documents scattered on the table. When contacted, the BDO said: "I have many duties to perform and there is lack of staff.
