Men-Women team selected for 40th Senior Softball championship

Jammu, Jan 7: Jammu & Kashmir Softball Association (JKSFA) (Men and Women) team selected for 40th Senior National Softball Championship which is going to be held at Nagpur, Maharastra from January 11th to 16th.
In participation in the 40th Softball Championship, J&K Softball Men and Women team flaged off by MLC Bikram Randhawa today on 7th of Jan, 2019. The championship will be organized by Maharastra Softball Association under the aegis of Indian Softball Federation, Nagpur w.e.f 11th Jan to 16th Jan, 2019. On the basis of performance of players in the selection trails, a coaching camp was organized before leaving for the championship. In the selection trails 15 Girls and 18 Boys were selected in the state team, with two boys from the valley. Rohit Jamwal and Padamdev Singh will be coach of the team and Akash Singh will be act as Manager of the team. The players who were selected in the Senior Softball (Men) team were Jasbir Singh, Ajay Singh, Sunny, Sachin Singh Jamwal, Vikram Singh Chib, Ayush Singh, Parshant Singh, Amit Sharma, Aman Singh, Pardeep Singh, Sagar Chib, Sumeet Singh, Roshan, Arun Sharma, Koushal, Javed, Mohd. Iqbal and players who were selected in the Senior Softball (women) team are Nayna, Shilpe, Harshpreet, Gulshan, Harseerat, Arshiya, Harvinder, Japleen, Navya, Zenab, Zaiba, Bhoomi, Ritika, Madhu Rani, Komal. The Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Softball Association (JKSFA) Sh. C. L Bhat and Ashok Singh, Managar MA Stydeum and the selection committee congratulate players for their selection in Senior Softball Championship (Men-Women) and gave their warm wishes to perform well in the championship. Ex-President Yuva Rajput Sabha(YRS) Surinder Singh Gilli also congratulate team for the championship and gave their warm wishes to perform well in the championship and enlighten the name of the state in Senior Championship.
