| Missing minor girl traced | | |

RAJOURI, Jan 9: Police today traced out a missing minor girl of Kotranka area. On 2nd of this month, a man hailing from Kanthol village of Kotranka lodged a complaint that his daughter has allegedly been kidnapped by one Mohammad Aslam son of Mohammad Hussain resident of Kundardhan Chasana of District Reasi.
In this regard, a case FIR No.05/2019 under sections 366/109 RPC was registered at Kandi police station.
During investigation, several vital clues were developed and a team of police headed by SHO Kandi Manzoor Kohli was constituted to recover the said girl on the basis of these clues. Today, the team of police under the supervision of DySP PC Rajouri, Pranav Mahajan raided a suspected location at Behrote Budhal and traced the said girl.
The accused namely Mohammad Aslam son of Mohammad Hussain has also been arrested. After legal formalities the girl has been handed over to her family members. Further investigation of the case was going on. |
