KISHTWAR, Jan 9: The State Information Commissioner (SIC) while responding to an appeal filled by two RTI applicants has directed the Block Development Officers (BDOs) of Marwah, Warwan and Dachhan to allow the duo to scrutinize record pertaining to the RTI filed by them. The two RTI applicants Ghulam Rasool Magrey and Abdul Wahid Malik, both residents of Marwah, district Kishtwar had filed an appeal before the SIC in this regard.
